Effects of transactional and transformational leadership on employees' OCB

This paper aims at discovering the relationship between the leadership and the organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) based on the modified scale form that developed Bass and Avolio's Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire by the analysis of differentia,correlation and regression.The research collected 155 valid questionnaries from the employees of the state-owned and the civilian-run enterprises.The research results show that there is a relationship between the transformational leadership and the OCB of the employees,but there is not such relationship between the transactional leadership and the OCB of the employees.
