Reflections on foreigner's legal status system

WANG Li-min(Law School of Dalian Maritime University,Dalian 116026,China)
The foreigners' legal status system,as a criterion of international justice,is the key problem in the admission and the protection of human legal status confined within the internal and international laws. The system has its own determinate basis and its essence consists in not a mere problem of the foreigners, but a general problem of the contemporary society's attitude towards human beings, namely a common problem for man himself. The validation of the foreigners' legal status system may be more realistic and important in contast with the perception of equality and justice,to which it accounts for an objective criterion and yardstick, and in turn,it changes into a medium by which people can concretely understand such equality and justice.
