Research on relativity of human capital and its countermeasures for improving investment efficiency

HUANG Jie,ZHANG Guo-liang(School of Management,Dalian University of Technology,Dalian 116024,China)  
Aiming at the false view about human resources management,this paper expounds the relativity of human capital,that is,different staff members can realize their different levels of human capital under the control of their different managers.It also analyzes three different forms of a staff member,that is,an individual person,a group person,and a task person.Finally it suggests some countermeasures for improving the human capital investment efficiency.
