Research on mechanism of corporation learning and product innovation based on market orientation

There are three parts of market orientations: information gathering,sharing and reacting.Based on this cognition,corporations realize incremental and radical innovation by conditioning,modeling,adaptive creative and meta learning.The proposition of this paper is that the corporations should take the concrete measures to promote innovation based on motive,skill and knowledge.
