The actual way for the management of human resource in small and medium enterprises

WANG Bai ling, YU Shao qiang (Business College, Dalian Maritime Univ., Dalian 116026, China)  
In knowledge economy times, person's skill and quality have become the very important factors for enterprise's development. As one of the important power in national economy, small and medium enterprises are looking for the best mode of getting qualified personnel and resource allocation. In order to get qualified personnel,small and medium enterprises should emphasize internal training and feelings management, give more opportunities for inexperienced recruits, and build up the scientific mechanism for qualified persons' recruitment and assessment.
