Research on Wear-Resistance Design on Output Mechanism in Zero Tooth Difference

HE Shao-jun (Evaluation and Supervision Center of Teaching Quality,Dalian Nationalities University,Dalian Liaoning 116605,China)  
For the first time,EHL theory is applied in the output mechanism of zero tooth difference and deduced the EHL calculation formula in order to solve the lubrication state and abrasion degree of zero tooth difference wear output mechanism.By means of calculating the oily membrane depth and the membrane depth ratio of zero tooth difference,the lubrication state and abrasion degree is deduced.All of these are a reliable basis for output mechanism of zero tooth difference in wear-resistance design.
