Bending Stress Analysis of Crank Shaft of the RV Reducer in Industrial Robot

Through the force analysis of the crank shaft of the RV reducer,the theoretical calculation model of the bending stress analysis of the crank shaft is proposed. Based on the finite element method,ANSYS APDL is used to establish the finite element assembly model of RV reducer,which considers the contact between the key components,deformation of the planetary gears,the crank bearing and the cycloidal gears,and the crank bearing clearance,so that the bending stress analysis of crank shaft is more in line with the engineering practice. Through comparative analysis of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis results,the position of the maximum bending stress of each crank shaft and the influencing factors of bending stress of the crank shaft are summarized,and the theoretical basis for the optimization of the crank shaft structural parameters is given.
