Channel Modeling and Simulation of Mine MIMO-OFDM Communication System

On the basis of the existing MIMO channel model of mines,this paper presents a modeling method of the MIMO spatial correlation channel of mines based on Nakagami fading. On the basis of uncorrelated MIMO channels,the MIMO spatial correlation channel is generated by calculating the spatial correlation between the transmitting and receiving antennas. Then,the spatial correlation and channel capacity of the built channel model are simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the spatial correlation of the MIMO channel decreases with the increase of the antenna spacing between the transmitter and receiver. The capacity of the MIMO channel is related to the spatial correlation of the channel and the number of transceiver antennas. Reducing the spatial correlation of the channel or increasing the number of antennas can increase the capacity of the MIMO channel. The MIMO spatial correlation channel model of mines based on Nakagami fading can be applied to mine wireless communication systems.
