THE DYNAMIC MATRIX EQUIVALENT METHOD FOR TRANSIENT SECURITY ANALYSIS IN POWER SYSTEMS

Due to the complicated construction of interconnection power system. it is very difficult to analyse the transient security as a whole system. There fore. the method for local transient security analysis and supervision by means of decomposition and coordination is proposed. The whole system is decomposed into interior and external system. The large capacity power stations and their power lines belong in the interior system. By using the dynamic gnatrix equivalent method,the computational emf and equivalent admittance matrix of the external system can be calculated. and the whole system is thus simplified. Therefore, the ability adaptable to real time and practicability of security analysis are greatly increased.
