Two-stage Decision-making Method of Retailers Considering Power Transfer Strategy

Retailers in the sale side market may face strict power deviation assessment for low electricity consumption or load forecasting errors,which may lead to greater losses.For this problem,before the day-ahead trade,based on the scenario analysis method,a day-ahead optimization model is built by using the cost expectation of the retailers as an objective,which includes the cost of interruptible load and power transfer strategy.Then after the market clearing,according to the market clearing price,the interruptible load and power transfer strategy are optimized and updated to further reduce the power deviation.When settling the power costs,Shapley value and minimum costs remaining savings(MCRS)method are adopted to allocate the cost of the retailers individually.The influence of the interruptible load and power transfer price on the costs of the retailers with power deviation in different scenarios is analyzed by case studies.In addition,the results verify the applicability of two cost allocation methods.
