Discussing the practicability about communication monitoring system

XU Zhen-guo(Xiamen Electric Power Bureau,Xiamen 361004,China)  
For the sake of developing the function of communication monitoring system,making its ability enhanced,such as detecting the fault,fixing the fault,and assisting to deal with the fault,it is quite important to boost the practicability work about communication monitoring system.The paper introduces briefly the communication monitoring system in Xiamen electric power bureau and its function,brings forward the requirements on practicability as well as the testing contents and standards,and also introduces some successful experiences on monitoring system application.Practice proved that it is an efficient method to enhance the rate of communication equipments running,to achieve the concentrated maintenance of communication net and keeping unmanned watch in communication stations and to promote the level of automatic management in communication net.
