Design of resource allocation scheme for downlink multicell OFDMA system

In order to reduce the co-frequency interference for multicell Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access(OFDMA) system, a multicell dynamic sub carrier allocation scheme was proposed for downlink OFDMA cellular system.The scheme reduces the powers of co-frequency users, which matches access control and power control to maximize the distances between co-frequency sub carriers users.As a result, the scheme satisfies their QoS requirements, and improves wireless resources utilization rate.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme is superior to other existing schemes, can satisfy users′ QoS and increase throughput of the system.
