Design and implementation of angle measurement system based on image

A detection system is designed,aiming at the angle measurement requirement of the object installed in engineering construction,which uses camera to obtain image and extracts the angle of the object measured by recognition algorithm. The system uses STM32 F407 single-chip microcomputer as the main control unit. In the process of image recognition,Canny operator is used to extract the edge contour information,establish the coordinate points of the edge line positioning,reconstruct the extracted image model,and calculate the inclination θ of the edge line to be measured in the image. The gyroscope sensor measures angle φ of the camera position to correct θ and obtain the measurement value θlof the measured object. The experimental results showthat the angle measurement system can effectively accelerate the speed of the detection,and the accuracy of the obtained data meets the requirements.
