A Successful Practice in Improving People’s Livelihood and Promoting Social Harmony——Perspective on the Social Security System in Singapore

Singapore government attaches great importance to improve people’s livelihood,and uses it as a focal point to construct the Social Security System which is suitable to her national conditions,and effectively promotes the building of a harmonious society in Singapore. This paper analyzes the social security system in Singapore,and points out the unique compared to Western traditional social security system.
