Commentary on the Mail Exchanges between China and Vietnam during the Sino-Japanese War

Wen Changsong;
Through inquiring into the historical materials such as "peidu archives"and combining with the documents and materials,the author briefly sorts out the correspondence between China and Vietnam during the war.During this period,the correspondence between the two sides was not only affected by the international situation such as the Second World War,but also the close relationship with socio-economic development of China and Vietnam at that time and the influence of overseas Chinese in Vietnam. Postage between China and Vietnam there had been several stops and recovery,showing a more complicated situation. China has adopted a method of setting up a transshipment office for mail in Vietnam and using airlines' routes for the purpose of securing postal service.
