THE PHARMACOGNOSTICAL STUDY OF ARTEMISIA SUBDIGITATA MATTF., A TIBET DRUG PLANT

The tibet drug plant "Cha-Rong" was used dried part of Artemisiasubdigitata Mattf. (Compositae) on the ground. Under the comparative obser-vetion of different types distributed in Yellow river and Huanshui rivervalley in six counties of Qinghai province, the morphological and pharma-cognostical characteristics, histological structure and the diagnosis weresummarized and described in detail. The difference and the relative stabi-lity based on internal structure of these types had mainly been foumd.Twos was classified by the author. The classical relation between the wideadaption, the uniformity of higher ecological modification on their orga-nical anatomy in internal histology were discusssed. From the viewpoint ofpharmacognostical study, the suggestion for utilization of this plant reso-urce was prosed in present paper.
