Based on Otsu Algorithm Region of Interest on the CT Liver Extraction

Objective In the computer-aided diagnosis,in order to extract a good CT liver tissue has been divided in the interest area.Methods Otsu proposed use of the variance between class-based segmentation algorithm to maximize the CT of the liver have been separated the placeholder for automatic segmentation,compared to manual segmentation of the image.Results Image segmentation,compared with the original image,has a good ability to obtain interest area is a highly effective image segmentation method for computer-aided diagnosis has played an important role.Conclusion Otsu manually segmented image and the variance between proposed class-based segmentation algorithm to maximize the image contrast can be seen Otsu algorithm is a very effective image segmentation method for computeraided diagnosis played an important role.
