Close-Coupled Valve is one of the most effective actuators for an active control of compressor surge, but the controller Based on a single actuator is poorly robust. It persents a controller Based on two actuators with the method of integral backstepping, by adding a throttle controlled valve. In the simulation, adding the system parameter perturbation and external disturbance, it is found that the flow and pressure of compressor deviate from the set value with the CCV controller while the CCV and TCV controller has a good performance, which is robust. It is significant for compressor surge control and expanding its range of flow with a robust controller.
