GEOCHEMISTRY OF CENOZOIC BASALTS FROM EASTERN CHINA:(Ⅱ) Sr, Nd, AND Ce ISOTOPIC COMPOSITIONS

Liu Congqiang; Xie Guanghong; Akimasa Masuda(Institute of Geochemistry,The Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guiyang. 550002)(Guangzhou Insititute of Geochemistry,The Chinese Acadcmy of Sciences,Guangzhou 510640)(Department of Chemistry, The University of Elec
The Sr, Nd and Ce isotopic compositions as well as trace elemental concentrations of the Cenozoic basalts are carefully studied. The results demonstrate that there is mantle heterogeneity in eastern China. The genesis of enriched Ⅰ type (EM Ⅰ)-mantle domains is also discussed on the basis of the Ce and Nd isotopic characteristics.
