A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON DEEPLY DEWAXING OF DAQING DISTILLATES TO PRODUCE LOW SOLID-POINT DIESEL ON NDZ ZEOLITE CATALYST

This paper presents the preliminary study results of hydro - dewaxing ofthe first side - cut vacuum distillate and catalytic heavy diesel from Daqing crude oil to produce - 35~# diesel on NDZ zeolite catalyst manufacturedby Nanjing Refinery. The study was conducted in a bench scale fixed-bedreactor. Under the pressure of 45kg/cm~2, temperature of 390℃, hydrogen -oil ratio of 500 and space velocity of 1.2hr~(-1), solid - point of the outletdiesel decreases to- 40℃. The total liquid yield is 89.3～91.4%, the lightdiesel yield is 70.5%, and the gasoline yieldis 20%.
