High order, high precision geopotential models have broad application. Computing gravity and gravity gradient using geopotential models has very practical value in application, and is al- so a key to computing other quantities of gravity field. Utilizing the relation between pseudo local Cartesian coordinates and spherical coordinates, the components of gravity and gravity gradient in pseudo local Cartesian coordinate system are calculated. Using the principle of tensor transform, the method of computing the components of gravity and gravity gradient in another coordinate system by the known components of gravity and gravity gradient in certain coordinate system is presented, and the detailed formulas computing the components of gravity and gravity gradient in local Cartesian coordinate system are given. Simultaneously, the formulas computing five parameter and vertical deflection are provided. This research promotes the progress of visualization of the earth's gravity field.
