Du Rui, Wang Gengchen, Lu Daren, Kong Qinxin, Liu Guangren, Wan Xiaowei and Zhang Bin (Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100029) Wang Yanfen and Ji Baoming (Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100
Using closed chamber technique and gas chromatography, in-site measurements of N2O, CH4 and CO2 greenhouse gase fluxes from grassland ecosystem were systematically conducted. Meanwhile, the outside and inside box air temperature, surface temperature and soil temperature of 10cm within the box were also measured in this paper, the scientific feasibility of the closed chamber technique for measurement of greenhouse gases fluxes from grassland ecosystem and the reliability of obtained results are analyzed and discussed.
