Strand displacement amplification piezoelectric DNA sensor

Objective To construct a strand displacement amplification (SDA) piezoelectric DNA sensor and explore its performance. Methods ①A SDA Piezoelectric DNA sensor was established by combining strand displacement amplification (SDA) with piezoelectric DNA sensor. ②the performance of the SDA piezoelectric DNA sensor was explored by using Mycobacterium tuberculosis genomic fragment IS6110 as detecting target. Results ①The signals of the SDA piezoelectric DNA sensors reached about 500 Hz; ② The time with persistent frequency falling of the sensor was dependent on the concentration of the target DNA; ③The signals caused by different concentrations of target DNA had no evident difference. Conclusion Pathogen genome DNA can be directly detected with SDA Piezo electric DNA sensor. The response time is associated with the amount of target DNA. Hence, the SDA piezoelectric DNA sensor may be used to quantitate the target DNA.
