Discussion on Teaching Reform of Data Collection and Processing for Big Data Education

At present, the course of data collection and processing still lacks adequate attention on big data itself. Hence, this paper discuss the teaching reform for data collection and processing, especially for the students majored in big data. Based on the research on data collection and data processing, it suggests that the course should cover contents including big data collection, big data processing, big data crawler, text processing, log collection system and ethics on big data collection. The teaching plan, combined with theory introduction, practical operation and humanistic reflection, will lay a better foundation for students to practice on big data.
