Fifty female spiders of Cyclocosmia latusicosta Zhu, Zhang Zhang, 2006 were collected from a small mountain in Guangxi, China and their morphological variations were studied. The adult female changes in total length (19.2-36.2?mm), leg formula (3214, 2314, or 3241), teeth on chelicera (shape and number), rib counts (18-25), and shape of spermathecae (length/width: 1.34-3.00). The diagnostic characteristics for Cyclocosmia spiders were evaluated.
