Experimental study and theory analysis of semiconductor refrigerator optimization design working status

Qi Chenjie Bian Zhi Liu Jie(Physics Department of Hainan Normal University,Hai Kou 571158,China)  
After simulating mini refrigerated condition,on the base of confirming the parameter of work state of the maximum refrigerating modulus and quantum in experiment,the article figures put out the comprehensively equivalent power state and the parameter of the best work state,It is hoped that they can make up a deficiency of traditional design theory so as to optimize the design of semiconductor refrigerating machinery.
