Technology of Helium gas purification in BEPC-Ⅱ cryogenic system

Helium gas purification technology is one of the key technologies in the cryogenic system of Beijing Electron-Positron Collider Upgrade(BEPC-II).Based on fully investigate the helium gas purification technology of large scale cryogenic system home and abroad,put forward the project of inner treatment and vacuum displacement of tanks.According to the scheme,helium gas was filled into the tanks only once,and the purity of helium gas was controlled in 40 vpm.At the same time,80 K outer cryogenic adsorber was also used to purify the helium gas in tanks,cold boxes and superconducting devices.Now this technique has been fully used at the acceptance test of refrigerator and commissioning of superconducting devices.
