Lifetime evaluation for spaceborne Stirling cryocooler

The main failure modes,mechanisms of spaceborne stirling cryocooler,and the lifetime evaluation research and development in China and abroad were introduced.Several accelerated lifetime evaluation techniques were analyzed.Considering the current state of lifetime evaluation for spaceborne cryocooler in China,some suggestions and techniques about accelerated lifetime evaluation were discussed.
