The Integral Graduation and Calibration of Low Temperature Sensors

This paper describes the necessity of the integral graduation and calibration of temperature sensors. The principle,the method and the appa-ratus used for the integral graduation and calibration of low temperature sensor have been introduced. The method for measuring the stability and homogencity of the temperature field in this apparatus has been prouided,and the experiment results have been given。 In the temperature range of liquid nitrogen,the instability and inhomogencity are all less than 1μV (equ-ivalent to 50-60mK)。
