RECONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE ALGORITHM FOR REPLACING OVERHEAD LINES BY UNDERGROUND CABLES BASED ON PRIORITY WEIGHTS METHOD

Improving the judgement matrix analytical method by multi-object weight combination value assignment, a priority weights method, which can quantitatively estimate the priority degree of multi-objects, is obtained and applied to the planning for reconstruction of replacing overhead lines by underground cables. The necessary factors in the reconstruction of replacing overhead lines by underground cables can be comprehensively and hierarchically optimized and quantitized by the present method and this reconstruction can be planned according to the numerical results of calculation to avoid the subjectivity from manmade decision. The presented method is proved to be effective and advanced by the practical planning of the reconstruction of overhead lines in new area of Pudong district in Shanghai, China.
