Design and Application of Land-surface Evapotranspiration Remote Sensing Estimation System Based on HJ-1B

For the research of the HJ-1B satellite data features, the spatial data management and the integration of remote sensing and water thermal model, a land-surface evapotranspiration remote sensing estimation system based on HJ-1B was designed and implemented by using C# language mixed with ENVI/IDL and ArcGIS Engine. This paper built a basic spatial data engine of database which could be successful in managing the multi-source heterogeneous spatial data such as HJ-1B satellite data and other necessary spatial data of evapotranspiration remote sensing estimation. The design of this system had found an effective solution of the integration problem of multi-platform and multi-model and developed a simple and standardized user interface of flowchart-style model parameters. Taking Huaihe River Basin 3 000 km2 typical region for example, this system implemented a set of systematic and business processes from data acquisition, management to the daily evapotranspiration calculation. The results show that this system has the advantages of simple operation and stability and friendly humancomputer interaction, achieves the process-oriented control of landsurface evapotranspiration remote sensing estimation and the unified management of spatial data and provides support for a wide range of water cycle and energy balance.
