Housing Price and Spatial Difference Analysis of China in 2012

ZHANG Rui;  
This paper analyzed the changing housing price among the 100 sample cities, as well as the spatial difference of the cities in different regions. The results demonstrate that the housing price in most area of china tend to be steady in 2012. The rate of price's change in northwest china is a bit higher than that of the southeast region, but the price disparity remains obvious as a result of the latter's huge base number.
