Engineering Surveying Technology Practice for Yuzhen Palace Rising

Applied the methods and technology of the synchronized rise system controlled by computer and high accurate measurement, carrying out the scheme of stage-by-stage rise, the Yuzhen Palace had been put up from the height of 160 m to 175 m successfully. The difference of elevation is up to 5 times of the world record of architecture rising at present. This paper focused on the methods and technology of rise-up program as well as measurement of architecture rise and location of height surveying. The project was believed the great works and can offers an example of reference.
