System Realization and Algorithm Design on Marine Resource Environment Carrying Capacity Evaluation

In this paper, we systematically analyzed the mission requirements, technical index system and index calculation method for carrying out marine resource environment carrying capacity evaluation in our country. On the basis of this, we used Arc GIS Engine secondary development component technology to design the index calculation method, integration designed the evaluation index system, the evaluation model and the database, and achieved the software system with the highly integrated automatic processing and calculation mode. The software uses a modular, standardized approach to design index calculation, visualization of results, archiving of result, formation of report. It is applicable to carrying out the sustainable normalization evaluation of the marine resource environment carrying capacity in accordance with the consistent technical standards. The experimental test result shows that the software has some characteristics, such as a high automation, easy operation and fast speed processing.
