College Students' Practical and Scientific Research Ability Training Based on Graduation Projection

The cultivation of students' practical and innovative ability is one of the main tasks in the reform of engineering colleges and universities. According to the difference of students' basic knowledge and potential ability, we put forward a model of engineering graduation projection under the guidance of the proximal development zone theory in this paper. The model follows the principle of students' individualized needs and ensures the students' ability of practice and research to be cultivated and improved by stimulating students' individual potential. The example shows that this model is very suitable for the personalized graduation projection, and has achieved good results.
