CRM System of Business Analysis Support Systemin China Mobile Communication Corporation

This paper firstly introduce the CRM system of China Mobile Communication Corporation,then analyze it's technology structure,summarized some problems in constructing CRM system,at last describe the service process of CRM system by use of an example .
