Discussion About Transition of Traditional Telecom Carrier

Jiang Lisan (Anhui Telecom Company Limited, Hefei 230001,China)  
This article analysis the variety of market and technology and environment in telecom carrier at present, and discuss the key problems of transition for telecom carrier,at last, give some suggestion.
