FOAF-Based Distributed Mobile SNS Applications

In order to make SNS’ users maintain independent social networks, ensure their social relations not been exposed and excavated completely, support the unified identity authentication among different systems, and solve the difficulty for present SNS in linking virtual world to reality, this paper presents a method of distributed mobile SNS (DMSNS) applications based on FOAF and illustrates actual meanings of DMSNS through two innovative scenarios. This work is an exploration for the future complete distributed mobile SNS.
