Multi-Structure-Info Based Algorithm of Data Recovery on FAT File System

The recovery software for FAT file system today cannot recovery the file successfully which stores on nonconsecutive space. In this paper, an algorithm based on multi-structure information of file system is provided, which can recovery the nonconsecutive stored file with high success probability according to the clusters allocation information in FAT and the starting cluster and time data of a file in FDT.
