Exploration on the Influence Factors of Determination in Potassium Permanganate Index

Potassium Permanganate Index of the water was determinate by the acidity method.The article analyzes the factors influenced while is required to mensurate actually and discusses PH,concentration of potassium permanganate standard solution,heating time,titration temperature,and titration time which influenced the accurate determination of Potassium Permanganate Index.The results indicated that the optimized determination conditions were PH.value less than 2.0,concentration of potassium permanganate standard solution slightly less than 0.0100mol/L,heating time 30min,titration temperature 70～80℃,titration completed in 2 min.
