Design and Implementation of Dynamic IVR System Based on EB-NCSP platform

EB-NCSP(EB Next Core Service Platform) is a comprehensive service platform built to meet the great demand for new businesses in next generation network.IVR(Interactive Voice Response) is a kind of value-added service system that has already been widely used.Based on EB-NCSP platform,this paper gives a simple description about the design and implementation of a dynamic IVR system,in which the directory tree can be updated just by modifying the configuration file.Compared with the ordinary IVR,this system is more economical,efficient and especially flexible in different environment.
