The experimental study of biomechanical nature on the animal model of bone between the normal and fluorine poisoning animals

Objective To study the biomechanical nature of tensile,compression,bending,impact and reverse on the animal model of bone between the normal and fluorine poisoning animals,providing biomechacs parameters for the clinical.Methods To copy model of the fluorosis animals,take the femur.tibia and humerus from the group of animal models and the group of normal control,then do experiment of biomechanical nature.Results To get the tensile、compression、 bending、shear、 the maximum load、maximum stress、maximum strain and so on of the animals' bone between the control group and experimental group,got maximum torque of reverse、reverse angle and the shear stress of reversing between the control group and experimental group,also got the impact energy and the toughness indicators of the bone between the control group and experimental group.Conclusions The mechanical properties of bone of fluorosis decreased significantly,fluorosis have a certain degree of influence on the mechanical properties of bone.
