An analysis of application effect of brucellin intracutaneous test and bacterial isolation in diagnosis of brucellosis

Objective To evaluate application effect of brucellin intracutaneous test and bacterial isolation on diagnosis of brucellosis.Methods To use tube agglutination test,the rose bengal plate test,brucellin intracutaneous test and bacterial isolation to test 55 patients at the same time.Results To separate the brucella from the possible negative patients' blood that was tested in tube agglutination test.The application of tube agglutination,rose bengal plate test,skin-changing reaction and bacterial isolation contributes to the diagnosis of brucellosis.Conclusion The separation of brucella from the possible negative patients' blood that was tested in tube agglutination test plays important role in the diagnosis of brucellosis patients.Brucellin intracutaneous test helps to diagnose chronic brucellosis.
