Comprehensive assessment on blood routine examination and urine routine examination in diagnosing epidemic hemorrhagic fever

Objective To observe the comprehensive assessment on blood routine examination and urine routine examination in diagnosing epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Methods Sixty-two patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever were included in this study that get treatment of hemostasis,anti-inflammation and antiviral. Blood and urine samples were collected to be examined. The indicators of blood routine examination and urine routine examination were observed and analyzed. Results In 62 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever,3 cases with normal leucocyte with the rate of 4. 8%; 1 case with low leucocyte with the rate of 1. 6%; 58 cases with high leucocyte with the rate of 93. 5%. Fifteen cases with normal neutrophile granulocyte with the rate of 24. 1%; 6 cases with low neutrophile granulocyte with the rate of 9. 6%; 41 cases were on the other side with the rate of 66. 1%. Eighteen cases with normal lymphocyte with the rate of 29. 0%; 31 cases with low lymphocyte with the rate of 50. 0%; 13 cases with high lymphocyte with the rate of 20. 9%. One case with normal platelet with the rate of 1. 6%; 61 cases with low platelet with the rate of 98. 3%; 0 cases with high platelet with the rate of 0. 0%. Conclusion The significant increasing of leukocyte, the declining of platelet and proteinuria can be used as main basis for early diagnosis of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.
