The arthroscopic surgery in local anesthesia and spinal anesthesia clinical comparison

Objective To study the arthroscopic surgery in the local anaesthetic effect of clinical application and spinal anesthesia.Methods Selection our hospital in October 2012 to December 2012,86 patients of the arthroscopic surgery,which were randomly divided into two groups,A group of 43 cases with spinal anesthesia,B group of 43 cases with local anesthesia,observe the anesthesia effect of two groups of patients.Results The incidence of adverse reaction of group A was higher than group B,but the pain degree is better than that of group B(P0.05).Conclusion Knee joint treated with topical anesthesia in small operation can reduce adverse reaction,and in major surgery in the spinal anesthesia can ease the pain.
