Protective function of Bu-qing particles from UV-Induced rats 'lens oxidative stress

Objective To explore Buqing particles in cataract rats lens induced by uv oxidative stress balance of protection.Methods Using ultraviolet rays to illuminate SD rats to copy the cataract model. Model group Using UVB rays( UVB,in280-320 nm wavelength) to illuminate SD rats eyes to copy the lens oxidative stress model,giving Qijudihuang pills 'water solution,Buqing particles of high,middle,and low dose group. Results The cataract progression rate of Buqing particles in the high,middle and low dose group was significantly lower than the model group( P 0.05). Buqing particles treatment group,compared with Qijudihuang pills group and model group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0.05). The high dose group in the prevention of cataract development obviously( P0.05).Using ELISA to test groups of serum level of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA.Conclusion Buqing particles to rats lens induced by UV inside the oxidative stress plays a protective role,which could effectively delay the cataract formation( P0.05).
