Clinical Analysis of Children with Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

Objective to analyze the clinical treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 96 cases of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital from May 2015 to May were selected as the sample.48 cases were divided into experimental group and control group,two groups were random Ly divided.The control group was treated with non hormone therapy,while the experimental group was treated with hormone therapy and then observation of medication,complications and treatment of these two groups of children were carried out.Statistical methods were used to process data.Results in the experimental group,the heat range(8.92 + 2.31) d was shorter,the length of stay(15.62 + 2.79) d was shorter,the time of antibiotics use(5.55 + 1.24) d was shorter,the number of times of the disease(0.87 + 0.01) was less.The incidence of pulmonary complications in the experimental group was 12.5%, which was smaller than that in the control group(22.92%).The effective rate of treatment in the two groups was the same,both were 100%.Conclusion The non hormone therapy in children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia clinical,such as 2 weeks without signs of temperature decline and signs and clinical symptom recovery is not obvious,can be treated combining with hormone therapy to reduce the time for the recovery of children.
