The Clinical Research of Aspirin Combined with Chlorine Gray Care on Patients With Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease and the Relevant Research of P-selectin in Plasma

Cui Yang;Shanghai Tianyou Hospital;
Objective this thesis Analyzede the clinical research of aspirin combined with chlorine gray care on patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and did relevant research on p-selectin in plasma.Methods Ninety-two patients who were diagnosed with ischemic cerebrovascular by 1996 ischemic cerebrovascular disease diagnosis standard hospital between July 2015 to September 2016 were divided into Asprin group and comprehensive group random Ly.Patients of asprin group were treated with oral aspirin.Patients of comprehensive group were treated with oral chlorine gray and aspirin.Ten-week for a course of treatment.Three m L fasting venous blood was drawed from patients at different time points to detect plasma P-select for relevant research.Results The satisfaction rate of the aspirin group was 82.22%,and that of the comprehensive group was 91.49%.To compare with the falling range of before and after treatment with the NDS rating,the clinical effect of these two groups was of significant difference.Positive correlation of plasma P-select of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease was(r=0.703,P 0.01) and as the disease gets serious,the level of plasma P-select will increase too.ConclusionComprehensive care in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease proves very good effect and plasma P-select has great significanceon illness tracking and care.
