Objective to explore the clinical effect of ganciclovir in the treatment of neonatal congenital cytomegalovirus infection. Methods 40 cases of congenital cytomegalovirus infection in our hospital between August 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the research object and wereaveragely divided into experimental group and control group. The control group only received routine treatment including intravenous infusion of Yin Zhi Huang and albumin and blue light irradiation therapy. In the experimental group,on the basis of such treatment, ganciclovir treatment was offered.(induction phase 7.5mg/kg,oneintravenous dripevery ten hour,12 D induction therapy;maintenance treatment stage 10mg/kg forone time every day, continuous 3D intravenous infusion, maintenance therapy 3 to4 months),clinical manifestation, laboratory examination and virological outcome of the two groups were observed before and after treatment and. Results compared to the control group, after treatment, the indexes of clinical manifestations and laboratory outcomes was statistically significant(P 0.05);after treatment, the index of the clinical manifestations and laboratory outcome of the control group, was not statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal congenital CMV,large dose of ganciclovir at early period proves significant curative effect.Strengthening side effects monitoring can effectively reduce side effect and is worthy of further research andpromotion.
