Influence of Operation Room Nursing Management on Hospital Infection in Department of General Surgery Operation Patients

Objective to discuss the influence of nursing management in operation room on nosocomial infection of patients in Department of general surgery operation.Methods 97 patients in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the reference group for the study. The patients in the reference group were selected from the operation room.Results according to the comparison results,the overall infection rate of the study group was 8.25%,and the overall infection rate of the reference group was 21.65%.And the infection of the two groups were mainly related to the operation time and the use of antibiotics in the first half hour.Conclusion the analysis of related factors of hospital infection in Department of general surgery surgery patients,and then implement the operation room nursing management measures,can significantly reduce the patient's infection,is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients after surgery.
